Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Melba Brauer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

eulogy from funeral service

When asked to share memories of mom I wanted to include all her children and grandchildren in it so I asked them all to say one memory.  Laura said when her phone rang she always knew if it was her kids and which one without looking at the display and without using custom ringtones.  I said she never worried about anything. Viola said mom could make many beautiful things out of little resources. Elmer remembered her making us yarn Christmas tres and stockings and playing cards. He said she had lots of hobbies.  Kevin said she was a person of great faith.  Roxie saide she was a very loving and understanding person.  Vincent said she had a big heart and very caring smile.  Evette, as wel las several other people said she gave great hugs.  Jacob remembers her crocheting and palying Bejewelled and Mahjong on the computer.  Graham remembered the bubble lights on her Christmas tree.  Travis and Trevor remember all her sewing and computer games also.  Donna said she was always very supportive.  Charlotte said she always made us Christmas gifts and Isaiah remembers talking to her on the phone and getting those Christmas gifts in the mail.  John said she was a person of great joy and that when you talked to her, all the troubles seemed to melt away. For these reasons and more, mom, we love you and you will be missed.
