Amaya Irene Eckert, five months old passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral service will be 11:30 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2022, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church with Fr. Hughes Sundame, OSB as Celebrant and Pastor Dave Neiss. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 to 11:15 AM. Amaya was born June 23, 2022, in St. Joseph, MO, the daughter of Austin and Brooke (Fowler) Eckert.
She is survived by her parents and sister Gwynn Eckert of the home. Grandparents, Mike and Amy Eckert, Effingham, KS, Darren and Michele Fowler, Nortonville, KS, great grandparents, Duane and Mildred Hawk, Effingham, KS, Charles and Laverne Fowler, Nortonville, KS, Burnace and Linda Miller, Lancaster, KS and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
