The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Velma Miller can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Brittany
Condolence: I wanted to send my sympathies to the Miller family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one is approaching, so I was thinking about you. No doubt over the course of time you've reminisced about the memories that you've had with Velma, and maybe that has brought to mind some sadness and lingering grief. Keep in mind the beautiful hope that is found in God's Word, the Bible. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." This means that you and I have a chance to see our dear loved ones again, to be reunited with them right here on the earth, as God purposed. (Psalm 37:11,29) My thoughts and prayers will continue with your family.

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the Miller family. I know that your family is experiencing the loss of a dear loved one. This indeed is a very painful time. Rest assured that our loving God, Jehovah, is certainly aware of how you're feeling. In His Word, the Bible, he promises to raise up our dear loved ones through the beautiful hope of a resurrection. (Acts 24:15) May "the God of comfort" give you the strength to get through the days ahead. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4)
