Deborah “Debbie” Louise Ehret-Reyes, 66 of Lenexa, KS passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 22, 2017 at her home.


Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Broxterman and Warden Cline officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Tyler’s Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home. Debbie was born March 3, 1951 in Atchison, KS the daughter of Delbert “Dub” and Marion (Martin) Ehret. She was a Para Legal for the Lansing Correction Facility and was an area director for the March of Dimes. Debbie was an avid K-State, Chiefs, and Royals fan. She supported the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City, but her biggest love was her grandchildren.


Survivors include a daughter, Beth Galley, Austin, TX, a son Paul Ehret, Oklahoma City, OK, her parents, Dub and Marion Ehret, Atchison, KS a brother, Marty and Leslie Ehret, Wichita, KS, two sisters, Nancy and Tim Beattie, Olathe, KS, Sara Laurie, Atchison, KS, four grandchildren, Darian Glenn, Tyler Galley, Parker Ehret Sauer, Grant Ehret, three step children Peridot Lucas, Tenyll Reyes, Mychael Reyes, and two step grandchildren Reanna Lucas and Noah Lucas.
