The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Norris, Sr can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

He has truly raised a wonderful family. I know you will all miss him, but he is in a better place with no more pain. I will truly miss him also. You will all be in my prayers.

Condolence: What a lightening rod! For a slow moving easy going old tiger, he surely got things done. Put a project in front of him and you count on him to complete it.
I will miss seeing him and listening to his stories. Sometimes a real fish story or a tall tale. He was always entertaining.
His family is in my thoughts and prayers.
