Condolences

Condolence From: Brittany
Condolence: I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Weaver family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one, David, is approaching. No doubt this has brought back to mind some painful feelings and sadness, but hopefully you're able to reflect on the good memories as well. Keep in mind that beautiful promise found in God's Word, at John 5:28,29. It says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. So as you reflect on the times spent with your dear loved one, keep this comforting thought in mind for the days ahead. There will soon be a time when we'll not only be able to welcome our loved ones back to life, but we can truly experience the words "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4) My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence: I send my condolences to the family and friends. I am sorry for your loss. Death is so devastating. Nothing can compare to the pain you are feeling from the passing of David. Although the pain does not disappear easily, prayer to God can bring you comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:3 helps us see that God is the ultimate source of comfort. He is the God of all comfort. At Psalm 147:3 "God heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds"(painful spots). May God's words and all the wonderful memories you've made together bring you comfort.

Condolence: We are surprised and saddened by the notice of Dave's passing. He and I spent many a weekend together Civil War reenacting and he was a fine leader and soldier with the Third Missouri for many years. He was also a good friend and we met for lunch many times when I was close to his work. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Condolence: Anna, may the Grace of God shine upon you and your family in these difficult times. I remember the scripture from the 121st Number of Psalm: The LORD the Keeper of Israel. A Song of Ascents. 1 I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come? 2 My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. 4 Behold, He who keeps Israel Will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade on your right hand. 6 The sun will not smite you by day, Nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. 8 The LORD will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the Weaver family. I'm so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the pain you're feeling. He promises in His Word, the Bible, to remove death, pain, and suffering. (Revelation 21:3,4). Isaiah 25:8a says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." We know that Almighty God has not only the power to remove death, but also yearns to do so. Until that time, may you find comfort in the resurrection hope, a promise that one day soon we will be reunited with our loved ones who have died. (John 5:28,29)
