Randall Wayne ‘Randy’ Sullivan, 57, Overland Park, KS, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at his residence.

Memorial service will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home, Atchison, KS with Rev. Robert Ziegler officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. A private family burial will be at a later date. Randy was born August 6, 1958 in Atchison, KS, the son of Richard and Marie (Kruse) Sullivan. He attended Trinity Lutheran Grade School and graduated from Atchison High School in 1976. Randy graduated from Kansas University. He worked at Vistar as an Inventory Specialist. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church Atchison KS. Randy was an avid KU fan, he even named his parrot “Jayhawk”. He enjoyed playing sports especially softball and basketball.

Randy married Cathy Glynn, they later divorced. Survivors include a brother; Brad Sullivan, Troy, KS, three sisters; Connie and Bob Mullen, Atchison, KS, Sue Schuler, Atchison, KS, Beth and Bill Norris, Atchison, KS, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Barry Sullivan, and a brother in law, Mel Schuler.
