Condolence: Words cannot express the sorrow felt in our hearts for the loss of Roger. He was not only a wonderful cousin, but a great mentor and friend. I always looked up to Roger. He was a gifted athlete and I envied his talents, but he was also a very intelligent, kind hearted individual. He would include me in many activities with his friends, even though I was 3 years their junior. He was the main reason I chose to become a Jayhawk and attend KU, although not leaving a legacy like he did. We drifted apart after we both left KU, but I have never forgotten the bond we shared.
