Kevin E.Rule, 58 of Winchester, KS passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, May 30, 2015.
Memorial graveside service will be 12:00 PM, June 6, 2015 at the Wise Cemetery, Winchester. KS. Family will gather to celebrate Kevin’s life after the graveside service. Kevin was born February 2, 1957 in Atchison, KS, the son of Bob and Judy (Davidson) Rule. He graduated from Jefferson County North High School in 1975. Kevin was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator for Hamm. Kevin had a passion for cars, whether it be working or rebuilding cars. He was known to say “he loved anything that ran on fossil fuel”. Kevin also enjoyed picking.
Kevin married Delaina Ann ‘DeeDee’ Cummings on February 6, 1984 in Leavenworth, KS. She preceded him in death on September 30, 2010. Survivors include his mother, Judy Rule, Leavenworth, KS, a son, Marshall and Mary Rule, Winchester, KS, a daughter, Allison Rule, Winchester, KS, five brothers; Terry Rule, McLouth, KS, Ronald Rule, Easley, SC, Kirk Rule. Easley, SC, Tim Rule, Kansas City, MO, Tony Rule, Ruby, SC, a sister, Lisa Heston, Atchison, KS and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his father.
