Condolence From: Chris Wessel
Condolence: Emogene was a delight to work with at The Globe. She devoted her working life to the newspaper. Outside of work, she was a committed volunteer in the community, who did so many things, from Forest of Friendship and the 99s to the Order of the Eastern Star. Atchison will miss all she did to enrich the community.

Condolence: What a joyful, kind, generous, talented lady! She was so interesting and giving of her time. I enjoyed all the moments we spent hosting at the Cray Museum. She spoke of her family frequently and she was no doubt very proud of them and loved them all dearly. Emogene had a wonderful soul.
